The Belize Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) along with Caribbean Employers’ Confederation and International Labour Organization (ILO) will be hosting a Workshop on “Productivity Improvements for Small & Micro Enterprises”, on Tuesday, January 24th, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Best Western Belize Biltmore Plaza Hotel, Philip Goldson Highway, Belize City.
The Productivity Improvements for Small and Micro Enterprises Workshop will allow the private sector, particularly SMEs to receive important information on different objectives such as: to identify the productivity and competitiveness issues in Belize, to identify measures to improve productivity at organizational levels, to learn of ILO’s Best Practices and Tools to improve productivity and to discuss policies and strategies to address productivity.
The BCCI recommends that Business Owners, Human Resources Managers and Heads of the different departments to attend the Productivity workshop as this topic of discussion is a major asset for many business people. A productive workforce leads to a profitable business which in turn leads to a successful business. To fully understand what Productivity Improvement means, you must go past a literal definition, develop a stronger understanding of the concept and learn how you can achieve this goal. This workshop is the appropriate place to begin.
We are hereby inviting you to be a part of the Opening Ceremonies starting at 9:00 a.m. Please find attached the draft Agenda of the workshop. Your presence is invaluable. We look forward to your confirmation.
